Pacific Airport Group (GAP) has reported in a statement that its airports will have laboratories, which will be installed temporarily, to carry out Covid-19 PCR or Antigen Tests. These will come into effect on Monday, January 25, and the models will be found at the airports of Los Cabos, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta, Guanajuato, Hermosillo, Mexicali, Morelia, La Paz, Aguascalientes, Los Mochis and Manzanillo.
The cost of the Antigen Test will have a value of $ 450 MXN, while the PCR Test will be available for an amount of $ 1,450 MXN. Prices will only be applicable to passengers on international flights.
Among the recommendations made to travelers by GAP are: “Consider enough time to take your flight and if possible, to carry the documentations and requirements to fly in advance, as well as take the test in the city's laboratories. If the passenger wishes to take the test at the airport, he must add to his travel itinerary at least an additional hour to the time recommended by the airline. “
Pacific Airport Group is a Mexican company and currently operates 12 international airports in Mexico and 2 in Jamaica, adding more than 330 destinations through 35 airlines.
The facilitation of these tests adds measurements to protect travelers during this 2021 and that they can feel safe.
